MEET

    Tony

Years ago, he worked as a restaurant's head chef in Positano. Everyday was the same 14-hour work day and he grew tired of it. He decided to leave and open Quanto Basta, a cooking school located in the heart of Sorrento. Here, he teaches tourists the secrets of authentic Italian cooking—his true passion. He now loves his work again (probably because he makes time to go to the beach every afternoon).

  Tony's assistant  

  • Promoted by the second week

  • Set and prepare for class 

  • Upkeep cleanliness during lesson

  • Serve and tend to guests
