My choice to attend a university that rivals the other colleges in my home state was a decision that I have never regretted, and has also presented me with countless academic, professional, and personal connections. At OSU, I have become a member of Chi Omega, an organization partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, that has introduced me to my best friends and showed me my true passions. I recognized early on that my Italian heritage is very important to me and an aspect of myself that I want to improve. That is why I decided to seek out opportunities abroad, such as the one offered at Sant'Anna. Already, the application process combined with the post-acceptance journey has taught me so many things that will prepare me for the summer, and lifetime, ahead.
